If there's one thing I, one hundred percent love is "Kadi Chawal" combo. And no dish can come close to that of my mother's recipe of "Kadi". I can never make kadi the way she makes. Never!
In pursuit of trying to perfect this beautiful dish, here's my yet another humble effort.

Kadi chawal, Paranthe, basmati rice with a dollop of ghee, hand pounded pudina chutney with homemade pickled onions and pickled beetroot with green chillies wrapped and cooked in chaat masala and black salt.
